Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled nor amended.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the products are damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Cancellation is only accepted within 24 hours from the date and time of the purchase.
In case of return or cancellation, products must be returned in the original packaging.

3. Complete address details
4. Photo of the item
5. Damage description
6. State the method of claim A) Product replacement or B) Payment Refund
7. If all these conditions are met, we will review your request and issue the completion by sending you a new item or proceeding to full refund.

Return & Cancellation terms:

• We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
• Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return.
• Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
• No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
• No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
• Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
• Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours.
• Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
